Job summary

Allied Concrete Invercargill Plant is seeking an experienced Class 4 driver for full-time delivery of ready-mix concrete across the Southland region. Expect early starts between 5am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with potential early starts as required.

A friendly crew environment and strict safety policies are part of the role. You will be responsible for loading, transporting and delivering concrete to customers, maintaining vehicle appearance and adhering to safety standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean class 4 or 5 driving license.
• Commitment to Health & Safety standards.
• Experience with Road Ranger gearbox.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Physically fit and takes pride in appearance.
• Must meet drug and alcohol testing requirements as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and delivering concrete from plants to customers' sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tasks are completed to high standard in line with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and keep the truck clean and in good working condition.

Are you an experienced Class 4 driver who takes pride in safe and reliable service? We're looking for someone like you to join our team at out Allied Concrete Invercargill Plant

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role delivering ready-mix concrete throughout the Southland region. You'll be part of a friendly crew that works together to get the job done right, safely, efficiently and with great customer service. Your working hours between 5am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday, but early starts may be required

Your Key Responsbilities Will Be

• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Timely and efficient loading, unloading and delivery of concrete from plants to customers' sites.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and appropriately represent Allied Concrete by keeping truck clean and in good working condition.

What We're Looking For

• Clean current class 4 or 5 Drivers License
