Qualifications

• A current valid Driver’s License (Full License is a Must).
• 2+ years in ramp or ground operations.
• Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and airline protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive airport environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily ramp operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Monitor on-time performance (OTP) and reduce turnaround delays
• Enforce aviation safety and compliance regulations
• Train and mentor ramp agents, fostering a positive team environment
• Coordinate with airline clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
