Air New Zealand seeks a permanent, part-time Aircraft Service Agent to join our team at Queenstown Airport. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, handling baggage and cleaning aircraft interiors, with exposure to ATR and jet holds in a physically demanding role.

Roster is rotating across 05:30–22:00, 7 days a week. Applicants must have NZ work eligibility and a valid NZ driver licence, with a strong safety mindset and customer-service focus.

Qualifikationen

• Entitled to live and work permanently in New Zealand at time of applying
• Minimum Restricted New Zealand Driver Licence at time of applying
• Experience in physically demanding, safety-conscious environment
• Hard-working and motivated to deliver excellent service in a safe and timely manner
• Resilient with strong time management and adaptability

Aufgaben

• Handle baggage and aircraft interior cleaning.
• Work both indoors and outdoors around aircraft and machinery.
• Be comfortable in tight spaces on ATR aircraft and in jet holds.
• Be physically fit for a demanding environment.
• Rostered on rotating shifts, 40–80 hours per fortnight.
• Flexible to work across days and times (including weekends, evenings, holidays).
