Job summary

Inframax in New Zealand is seeking a Quarry Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe production, leading crews and driving performance. This hands-on leadership role offers autonomy and clear opportunity for career progression within a growing company.

The ideal candidate holds a Grade B qualification or is working towards it, with experience in quarrying or extractives, and with exposure to crushing operations or Keestrack equipment.

Whether you’re an experienced supervisor or someone with a Grade B qualification ready to step up into leadership while continuing your pathway toward Quarry Management, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role, however days and hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.

About the Role

You will oversee day-to-day quarry operations across multiple sites, supporting safe production, leading crews and driving operational performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering variety, autonomy and genuine career growth within a progressive, evolving business where you will be supported by some of the best in the quarry industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Grade B qualification completed or currently working towards it
• Quarrying, crushing or extractives industry experience.
• Experience with crushing operations or Keestrack equipment will be highly regarded
• Interest in progressing toward Quarry Management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvementPositive, practical and solutions-focused attitude
