Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Christchurch, Canterbury, is seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver / Quarry Operator to join a busy quarry team in a hands-on, long-term role.

You’ll drive Watercarts for dust control, operate loaders and other quarry machinery, load customers, and assist with day-to-day yard and plant activities. This is a hands-on, site-based position with 45+ hours per week and a temp-to-perm path in a supportive team with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Full Class 4 Licence with WTR endorsement.
• Experience operating loaders and heavy quarry equipment.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• WTR endorsements are essential.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Watercarts for dust control.
• Operate loaders and other quarry machinery.
• Load customers and support site operations.
