Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with significant operations exposure.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with quality auditing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality control standards and procedures for all operational processes.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer feedback related to quality and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
