• Experience leading testing teams with Salesforce, Banking (lending or term deposits) Payroll/HRIS systems.
• Ability to create test assets and report results.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for testability
• Contribute to test plans and high level documentation
• Collaborate with clients for user and system requirements
• Lead testing teams with Salesforce & Banking applications
• Identify test conditions and derive test cases
• Apply tools to accelerate quality
• Create and execute test assets
• Raise and close defects
• Communicate with client teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria
• Support quality practices within IT delivery
