Allevia Hospitals is seeking a Quality and Patient Experience Manager to lead quality, safety, risk, and patient experience across our Auckland network. You will report to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer within the clinical governance framework, providing expert analysis and governance reporting.
You will drive regulatory compliance with Ngā Paerewa, HDSS, HDC Code of Rights, and privacy matters, while overseeing governance systems and complaints.

The Quality and Patient Experience Manager leads quality, safety, risk, and patient experience across Allevia Hospitals, driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and patient-centred care.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer and working within Allevia’s clinical governance framework, you will provide expert advice, analysis, and reporting to governance committees and the Executive Leadership Team.
You will lead regulatory and legislative compliance, including Ngā Paerewa / Health and Disability Services Standards, the HDC Code of Rights, Privacy Act 2020, and relevant health legislation. You will also oversee quality and clinical governance systems, complaints, privacy matters, and the organisation’s response to HDC processes. Additionally you will serve as Allevia’s Privacy Officer.
This is a full-time, permanent position, based at Allevia Hospital Epsom, managing a team of three, working Monday to Friday, with a start date of mid-January 2027.
