Job summary

Allevia Hospitals in Auckland invites an experienced Contract Approval and Billing Administrator to join the permanent full-time Billing team. You will manage accounts from claims approval through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for patients, specialists and providers.

Based at Ascot Office Park in Greenlane with free parking, the role offers flexible hours and a supportive environment in New Zealand's largest private surgical facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts or billing administration in a health provider setting.
• Experience interpreting contract details and dealing with funders (e.g. ACC, Southern Cross).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop working relationships with external funders and specialists.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Word and Excel and healthcare software.
• Strong time management and high attention to detail.

We're looking for an experiencedContract Approval and Billing Administrator to join our friendly, supportive and close-knit Billings team. This is apermanent full-time position working Monday to Fridaywith flexible hours, and based at our lovely offices atAscot Office Park in Greenlane, with free parking and close proximity to the motorway.

Working alongside the Customer Support and Business Development teams you'll contribute to the efficient billing administration service for our patients, specialists and providers. Your key responsibility will be the timely and accurate processing of accounts from claims approval through to invoicing to ensure consistent & seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Along with your confident, professional manner, to succeed in this role you will have:

• Accounts or accounting admin experience in a health provider or health insurance setting
