Job summary

BestStart South Road in South Taranaki is looking for a passionate teacher to join a warm, close-knit team. You will create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau, and help children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

This permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) offers mentoring, professional development through Whare Ako, opportunities for leadership, discounted childcare, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with Level 7 ECE or Primary qualification.
• Experience with Te Whāriki is a plus.
• Commitment to child-led, play-based learning.

About the Role
