Job summary

Albany NewWorld in Auckland is seeking a Bakery 2IC to help lead our high-performing bakery team. You will support the Bakery Manager with planning, daily operations, and the delivery of quality bakery products.

You will train and develop team members, manage production planning, stock control and waste reduction, and ensure food safety and presentation standards while delivering outstanding customer service.
