Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and assurance frameworks, translating strategy into practical workflows.
• Analytical capability with reporting, insights and governance audiences.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and staff development.
• Ability to influence and partner across diverse teams without direct authority.
• Clear communication to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience building governance for business as usual and Te Tiriti o Waitangi considerations.
