Job summary

ERoad Ltd. is expanding its Devices Team and seeks an Intermediate Test Automation QA Engineer to own quality across connected hardware and cloud services.

You will test telematics devices, cameras and adapters, and build automated tests spanning component to end‑to‑end coverage. The role requires hands-on depth in embedded testing, Java-based automation, and experience with CI/CD tooling in Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Proven test automation experience in Java, with Kotlin as a strong complement.

Responsibilities

• Own quality across connected devices from hardware to cloud services.
• Test physical devices and firmware integrations with automated tests.
• Build and maintain automated tests across component, integration and end-to-end levels.
• Write automation scripts to enhance test tooling.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for every build.
• Work hands-on in Linux environments for device testing and troubleshooting.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across hardware, mobile apps and cloud services.
• Investigate and diagnose defects across the hardware-software stack.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team, reporting to Chapter Lead.
