Job summary

TSB is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation to drive automated testing for mobile and web applications and to oversee API integrations. This hands-on role emphasizes test script development, automation pipelines, and continuous quality improvement.

You will collaborate with the Technology Services team, perform thorough functional testing, and contribute to solution planning and delivery while supporting operations in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in a technical role.
• 5+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security, performance, and data integrity across services and APIs.
• Lead QA and user acceptance testing activities and deliver tests.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with the team to improve quality.
• Support core banking platforms and participate in on-call rotations.
