MINISTRY OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT in New Plymouth is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support whānau through employment, housing and income pathways. You’ll be the frontline face helping New Zealanders navigate life transitions with empathy and practical guidance.

• Work across multiple systems while maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and service providers to achieve positive client outcomes
