Qualifications

• Experience in frontline public service or social support.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and empathy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support clients facing employment changes and financial stress.
• Assist with housing transitions and coordinate follow-ups.
• Encourage digital self-service and build client confidence with online tools.
• Manage a busy caseload across multiple systems with accurate notes.
• Refer clients to external providers and collaborate with others.
