Job summary

AWF New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fixed-term relocation project in Hastings, Hawke's Bay. The role is full-time for approximately 3 months with potential extension, coordinating preparation, packing, logistics, and site handover to ensure a successful move.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and transport providers to keep the project on schedule and deliver a seamless relocation experience.

Qualifications

• Proven project management or coordination experience.
• Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to get involved.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with relocation, logistics, facilities moves, or similar projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate "make good" requirements at the existing site.

Due to an upcoming relocation project, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to join the team on a fixed-term basis.

The Opportunity

This full-time position is expected to run for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension. You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering the successful relocation.
