Placements24 in Queenstown is seeking a proactive Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure investment opportunities across the Queenstown market. You will source properties, perform preliminary due diligence, negotiate terms, and manage acquisitions end-to-end.

Collaborate with investment and development teams, build relationships with owners and brokers, and drive growth through strategic portfolio expansion in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate acquisition and due diligence.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Queenstown market and wider Eastern Cape region.
• Experience with contracts and transaction management.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities, including off-market deals.
• Conduct preliminary property research, including title searches, zoning analysis, and environmental reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other sources of potential deals.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms for prospective acquisitions.
• Prepare initial financial analyses and investment summaries for review.
• Manage the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel and other third parties.
