Qualifications

• Property underwriting experience of 3+ years is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to support retention and growth
• Handle enquiries from broker partners, offering guidance on risk acceptance, bespoke quotes and renewals
• Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored insurance solutions
• Ensure underwriting rules and guidelines are consistently upheld
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for Property & Liability underwriting
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service, efficiency and processes
