About the Role

The 360 Commercial team is built on people who are purpose‑led, customer‑centric and passionate about underwriting Property & Liability. Your primary purpose is to provide quotations and secure New Business and Renewals for Property & Liability risks operating within New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to support retention and growth


• Handle enquiries from broker partners, offering guidance on risk acceptance, bespoke quotes and renewals


• Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored insurance solutions

What You Bring

• Previous Property underwriting experience is highly advantageous, ideally with 3+ years


• Excellent interpersonal skills, written communication, and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships


• Proficiency in the MS Office; and competent computer skills is essential


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively


• A drive to meet and exceed targets


• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
