Fulton Hogan Ltd seeks a Project Paving Department Manager to lead our paving operations from Mt Wellington, Auckland. You will oversee planning, crews, plant, and budgets to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec.

Travel around the region is required and the role is full-time, 40 hours per week with some night shifts as needed. The candidate will bring strong paving knowledge, proven delivery experience in civil/roading projects, solid budgeting skills, and a collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• Strong paving and asphalt knowledge.
• Proven experience planning and delivering paving works in civil, roading or surfacing.
• Strong commercial and financial capability: budgeting, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project requirements into delivery plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead paving projects from start to finish, including planning programmes and coordinating delivery across multiple jobs.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials to keep projects safe, efficient and high quality.
