Fulton Hogan Ltd Napier is seeking a Surfacing Department Manager to lead the surfacing programme in Hawke’s Bay. You’ll oversee planning, delivery, safety, quality and financial performance, guiding a capable team and external partners to keep works moving on time and to a high standard.

This role requires a Civil Engineering qualification, a Class 1 licence, 5+ years in civil construction with 2+ years in a leadership role, and strong commercial acumen to manage pricing and resources.
