Fulton Hogan Ltd in Kaitaia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site crews, plan and deliver road maintenance work. You will coordinate people, plant and materials, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong relationships with customers while supporting team development.

This hands-on leadership role requires a minimum of 2 years’ road maintenance experience, a Class 1 licence (Class 2 and endorsements preferred), and a proactive, safety-first approach.
