Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in NZ construction.
• Experience with specialist subcontractors in concrete remediation or similar works.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, programming and commercial management.
• Proactive, professional approach with ownership of outcomes.
