Job summary

EVER NEST HOLDING NZ LIMITED in Auckland is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver building projects from inception to completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; NZQF Level 7 or higher
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience in New Zealand or equivalent
• Knowledge of NZ Building Code, health and safety regulations, and council approval processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret construction drawings and project specifications to inform delivery
• Plan mobilization of site labour, contractors, materials, and equipment
• Supervise construction activity across multiple job sites to meet milestones and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants and site personnel to solve problems
• Coordinate logistics, procurement schedules and supplier timelines to prevent delays
• Track and report progress, budgets and risks, addressing variances
• Liaise with clients, developers and councils to facilitate approvals and inspections
• Administer tenders and contract documentation aligned with project objectives
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in site operations
• Ensure documentation and reporting meet NZ regulatory requirements
