The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Auckland-based team. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality outcomes.
• Preparing project reports and providing advice to clients.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

• Experience as a Project Manager within the property, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy sectors.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, programmes, and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
