Delivered through a Public Private Partnership (PPP), it will provide new high-security accommodation and modern facilities for staff and prisoners.As Project Coordinator Construction, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Construction Works team, helping deliver a range of complex construction projects within the redevelopment programme. Working closely with the Construction Works Lead, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you'll maintain project plans and documentation, coordinate reporting, manage project processes, and help keep projects on track from planning through to delivery.This is a great opportunity to build your experience in a large-scale construction and infrastructure programme while supporting the successful delivery of one of Corrections' most significant capital investments.**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**We're looking for someone who has:* Experience coordinating projects and keeping workstreams, documentation, and reporting on track.* Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.* Confidence working with budgets, invoices, contracts, or other project administration processes.* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.**Ngā painga | The benefits**The midpoint of the salary range is $89,225 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $75,842 - $107,870 per annum.
