Job summary

You will support the Construction Works team, maintain plans, coordinate reporting, and ensure delivery from planning to completion.

The role requires strong organisational skills, budget/contract experience, and excellent stakeholder relationships to collaborate with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and keeping workstreams, documentation, and reporting on track.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Confidence working with budgets, invoices, contracts, or other project administration processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Construction Works team from planning through delivery.
• Maintain project plans and documentation, coordinate reporting and project processes.
• Help keep projects on track within a large-scale redevelopment programme.
