Main Contractor in Queenstown CBD is expanding and seeks a Project Administrator to back the PMs, Site Engineers and Regional Manager on multiple live Queenstown projects. You’ll manage document control, procurement support, and meeting minuting to keep work moving efficiently behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Sharp organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication — written and verbal.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office; Procore and SharePoint experience a bonus.
• A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Keeping project documentation tight across Procore and SharePoint.
• Supporting the commercial team with variations, payment claims and cost tracking.
• Coordinating and minuting site and project meetings.
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Helping prepare subcontractor packages and procurement documentation.
