The University of Auckland is seeking an organised, proactive Programmes Coordinator to join our Academic Services team. You’ll support key academic processes underpinning the student journey, including scholarships, programme regulations, committees, and milestones.
This fixed‑term role (17 months) is 18.75 hours per week, with a salary range of 66,000–70,000 NZD prorated per annum. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work at the heart of academic administration, supporting key academic processes that underpin the student journey. From coordinating scholarships and prizes to supporting programme regulations, committee activities, and important student milestones, your work will help ensure students and academic staff receive high‑quality support and service.
You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the University, including academic leaders, programme advisers, central Academic Services, the Scholarships Office, and Student Hubs. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects, process improvements, and initiatives that make a real difference.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys managing complex processes, building strong relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
