Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
