Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
- Understanding of unit operations and process monitoring.
- Willing to work on-site in Queenstown.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the production team to resolve process upsets and deviations.
- Monitor key process parameters and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of new process technologies or equipment modifications.
- Support quality control efforts by analyzing production data and recommending adjustments.
- Participate in root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Contribute to safety initiatives and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
- Train plant operators on process improvements and best practices.
