Hato Hone St John in New Zealand seeks a Product Specialist to translate new service concepts into scalable digital foundations, working with the Product Manager to select platforms and implement seamless customer and operational experiences.
You will lead digital platform assessments, design cross-functional integrations, define MVPs, and manage vendor testing and deployments from pilot to nationwide rollout.

As a Product Specialist, you will help turn new service concepts into reality by ensuring the digital foundations are practical, integrated, and ready to scale. Partnering closely with the Product Manager, you will support platform selection, system testing, and implementation to deliver seamless customer and operational experiences. We are open to this role being performed from the Upper North Island.
