  • Maintain documentation and contacts within accounts to enhance business relationships through effective account management
  • Collaborate with Baxter Sales Management, Marketing and Product Managers, and Advanced Surgery Manager on the development and progress of account management plans and the achievement of gross profit and revenue growth, with regular reviews to monitor outcomes
  • Maintain a complete and detailed understanding of policies and procedures and educate Baxter customers on Baxter policies (e.g., returns goods policy)
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to ensure that account ordering needs are met to the customer's requirements
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Lead on trends in accounts through the preparation and submission of a monthly report, including market (competitive) intelligence
