Gallagher seeks a strategic Product Owner to champion platforms and services that empower engineering teams to deliver world‑class products. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead – Core Modernisation, you will define direction, priorities, and investment decisions for development tools, shared services, and test environments to maximise value alongside customer‑facing product delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role.
• Technical and platform empathy, connecting engineering to business value.
• Experience practicing internal‑customer product management and prioritisation trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; fluent in Agile ways of working.

Responsabilités

• Own the product direction for the test and simulation environment used to assure products across complex configurations.
• Represent engineering teams as internal customers, explicit assumptions and feedback loops to prioritise platform and test needs.
• Build the business and investment case for development systems, shared services, platform and assurance work.
• Own the outcome‑level roadmap and prioritisation, partnering with engineering leads who manage technical delivery and backlog.
