Alpha Recruitment in Auckland, North Island is seeking a proactive Project Co-ordinator / Business Support to join a small, busy team in Manukau. You’ll provide day-to-day support to the Prevention Immunisation Leadership Team and help keep projects running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, independence and adaptability in a fast-paced health environment, with travel and facilities coordination, inbox and calendar management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt on the fly.
• Comfortable with reactive, fast-changing priorities.
• Health sector experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Inbox and calendar management for one senior manager
• Coordinating meetings — documents, attendance, action points
• Online travel bookings for the team
• Maintaining document trackers and version control under tight deadlines
• Facilities support for onsite staff, under the EA's direction
