Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited invites applications for a Change Manager - Integrated Pricing Transformation. This 8-month fixed-term role supports pricing transformation delivery, coordinating change activity and ensuring a consistent experience for impacted teams across the programme.

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you'll partner with project leaders and subject matter experts to translate programme objectives into practical outcomes, facilitating forums and producing enablement

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change initiatives within large-scale programmes.
• Ability to plan, analyse and translate broad objectives into delivery plans.
• Capability to build credibility and influence across diverse business groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; formal change management accreditation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated change plans, milestones and delivery activities across the programme.
• Evaluate business impacts and strengthen preparedness during transformation.
• Facilitate consultation forums and feedback channels informing decisions.
• Produce targeted communications, guidance materials and enablement resources.
• Track progress against measures, address barriers and reinforce new processes post go-live.
