Job summary

Motion is seeking a data-driven pricing leader to shape pricing strategy across New Zealand operations. You will partner with leadership, sales, and finance to influence margin growth and P&L performance through analytics and pricing initiatives.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership, sales, operational and finance teams to drive P&L performance in NZ operations.
Design and implement pricing initiatives, reporting suites, and price health metrics for data-driven decisions.
Enhance reporting via Power BI and TM1; improve efficiency and accuracy of reports.
Provide pricing recommendations from market trends, costs, and competitive dynamics; align with procurement.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce cost-to-serve, and grow revenue via dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and branch reviews to strengthen pricing discipline.
