Jo Malone London Boutique in Auckland is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Candidates should bring proven supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, a passion for prestige beauty, and the ability to manage inventory, cash reconciliation and POS systems while delivering exceptional service during days, nights, weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Help the store achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
