Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Auckland to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates.

You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to meet targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
