Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and operations management to improve efficiency and sales.
• Financial management including budget oversight and performance tracking.
• Sales oversight with target setting and performance analysis.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Staff management including hiring, training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with automotive laws and safety policies.
• Identify opportunities to expand the dealership network regionally.
• Manage vehicle inventory and stock related decisions.
• Lead all dealership departments and set clear goals for teams.
