Auto Collective Whangarei is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead, grow sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our dealership in Northland.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on people, performance and the automotive industry, with opportunities to influence and drive dealership profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive sales teams and dealerships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Are you an experienced automotive sales leader who knows how to motivate a team, close deals and deliver results?

Auto Collective Whangarei is looking for a driven Sales Manager to take the lead, grow our sales performance and create an exceptional customer experience across our dealership.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, performance and the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets and dealership profitability
• Set clear expectations and create a strong performance culture
• Analyse sales results, conversion rates, gross profit and individual performance
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Support the team with negotiations and closing deals
• Manage vehicle stock, pricing, ageing inventory and market demand
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat and referral business
• Forecast sales performance and report results to senior management
• Continuously look for ways to improve sales performance and customer experience
