Adventure Motor Group is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our BYD dealership in Christchurch.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with proven Finance & Insurance sales experience to play a key role in helping customers finance and protect their new BYD vehicle purchase while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

About the Role

Working closely with the Sales Team, you will be responsible for:

• Presenting vehicle finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products to customers
• Assisting customers in selecting finance solutions that best suit their needs
• Maintaining strong relationships with lending and insurance partners
• Achieving finance and insurance sales targets
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly
• Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement
• Delivering a professional and transparent customer experience
• Promoting customer retention through ongoing relationship management
• Supporting the dealership's commitment to exceptional customer service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous Finance & Insurance sales experience within the automotive industry
• A proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets

• Sound understanding of responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements
