Job summary

Advanced Personnel Services in Christchurch, South Island, is seeking a hands-on precast concrete worker to manufacture and finish precast products. You will set up moulds, pour concrete, read plans, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, tidy work area.

The role requires practical experience with concrete construction, excellent tool skills, and reliable teamwork. Opportunities exist across Christchurch and Canterbury with potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete construction or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of concrete, formwork and reinforcing processes.
• Ability to read basic plans and measurements.
• Competent use of hand and power tools.
• Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
