Pullman Hamilton in Waikato, opening in 2027, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue across corporate, MICE and leisure segments. You will shape market presence and build strong relationships with key clients as part of Accor’s premium hospitality portfolio.

Working closely with the General Manager and commercial team, you will lead pre-opening activities, partner with Revenue and Marketing, and play a pivotal role in the hotel's ongoing success and guest

Formación

• Proven senior sales experience within hotels, hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience across corporate, MICE and group segments.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills.
• Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Pre-opening or premium hotel experience highly regarded.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-opening sales strategy and establish Pullman Hamilton’s market position.
• Drive revenue across corporate, MICE, groups, events and leisure segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead sales planning, account management and business development.
• Partner with Revenue and Marketing to maximise conversion and share.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and pipeline to identify opportunities.
