Accor’s Pullman Hamilton is preparing for a 2027 opening in Waikato. A senior sales leader will shape the pre-opening strategy, establish the brand’s market position, and drive revenue across corporate, MICE and leisure segments.

The role requires strong client relationships, leadership, and collaboration with Revenue and Marketing to maximize performance in a premium hotel setting. This onsite position offers exposure to a landmark build and Early Career development.

Qualificações

• Senior sales experience in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in driving business development and revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-opening sales strategy and establish Pullman Hamilton’s market position.
• Drive revenue across corporate, MICE, groups, events and leisure segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Lead sales planning, account management and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing to maximize conversion and market share.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline to identify new opportunities.
