Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt is seeking a part-time Team Member for the Tools and Hardware departments. You will deliver excellent service to customers, help with purchases, and support stock and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly.

This fixed-term role requires a reliable, proactive individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about power tools and hardware products. Weekend availability is essential for the season.

Qualifications

• Part-time fixed-term role in Tools and Hardware.
• Must be available Sundays and Mondays.
• Must be available December 2026 and January 2027.

As a Team Member at Mitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt you will have the opportunity to be involved across a broad range of areas and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. This is a part time permanent position available within our Tools and Hardware departments.

Details for the position working hours are as follows:

• Part Time, Fixed Term
• Sunday and Monday (16 Hours)
• Must be available throughout December 2026 and January 2027

On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional in store and after sales service, answering their queries and assisting them with their purchasing decisions, stock integrity, merchandising and improving your product knowledge so you can make the customer experience even better.
