Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA is seeking two part-time Drive Thru Team Members for the December 2026 to January 2027 period in Upper Hutt (NZ).

Two fixed-term roles: Sundays and Mondays (16 hours/week) and Fridays and Saturdays (16 hours/week). You will deliver excellent customer service, provide product information, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while working at a fast pace.

A bit about the role…

We have two part-time Team member positions available in the Drive Thru:

1. Sunday and Monday (16 Hours a week)

2. Friday and Saturday (16 Hours a week)

Both of the above positions are Fixed Term, you must be available throughout December 2026 and January 2027

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Providing technical product information to customers
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment

The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.

In addition, we are ideally seeking:

• Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.
• Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement
• Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence, (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required
• Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.
• Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.
• Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
• IT competency.
