Job summary

Stantec is offering a Graduate Electrical Engineer position across multiple New Zealand locations including Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin and Wellington. The role develops your design and delivery capabilities with hands-on experience across the project lifecycle and mentoring for Accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with expected completion before starting employment.
• Full, clean driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigation, analysis and design of electrical systems and components.
• Perform calculations using industry-standard software.
• Support preparation of drawings, schematics, specifications and reports.
• Develop electrical designs in line with codes, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support field activities, review submissions and address technical queries.
• Undertake site visits to gain practical project experience.
