Stantec in New Zealand offers a Graduate Electrical Engineer program for new graduates or those finishing in 2026. It runs across Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin and Wellington as a 2-year Engineering NZ Accredited graduate development pathway.

You will work with experienced engineers on electrical design and project delivery, performing calculations, aiding drawings and specifications, and developing professional networks toward accreditation and career growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar completed before employment.
• Full clean driving licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with investigation, analysis and design of electrical systems and components.
• Perform engineering calculations using industry-standard software.
• Support preparation of electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, reports and presentations.
• Assist with developing electrical designs in line with codes, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support construction-phase activities including reviewing contractor submissions and responding to technical queries.
• Undertake site visits and field work to gain practical project experience.
• Contribute to a positive team culture while developing technical expertise and network.
